A concern in
aesthetic gynecology
is nothing to be ashamed of.

Many women struggle with dissatisfaction with the appearance or function of their body — and it leaves them feeling insecure and uncomfortable.

Some of these matters get labelled “embarrassing” — because they concern the intimate area, sexual experiences or changes that are rarely spoken about out loud. That does not make them any less real or less important — and it does not mean you have to live with them.

I offer a range of procedures and therapies that help restore comfort, function and confidence — whether your concern is medical, aesthetic or both at once. The first step is always a conversation.

Ten areas
where I can help.

The most common concerns my patients come to me with. Click a topic to learn more. If you don't find your concern here — it is still worth booking a visit. A consultation is also there to give the matter a name.

i.

Vaginal dryness

A condition in which the vagina lacks sufficient natural moisture. It can lead to discomfort during sexual activity and everyday activities — walking, sitting, playing sport. Common after menopause and during hormonal or oncological therapies.

ii.

Pain during intercourse

Dyspareunia — a complaint affecting some women during sexual activity. It can have many causes: infections, inflammation, hormonal disorders, psychological or physical factors. Whatever the cause — it deserves thorough diagnostics.

iii.

Recurrent genital tract infections

Bacterial, fungal or viral infections that keep returning despite treatment. They often stem from hormonal changes, weakened immunity or coexisting conditions. They call for an individual plan — not “another pill from the pharmacy”.

iv.

Stress urinary incontinence

Involuntary urine leakage during everyday activities — sneezing, coughing, lifting, running, jumping. A common problem after childbirth and in menopause. In grades I and II, minimally invasive methods bring real improvement without surgery.

v.

Diminished sexual sensation

Difficulty achieving full or satisfying arousal and pleasure during sexual activity. It may result from hormonal changes, illness, stress, mental health factors or lifestyle. A topic worth discussing — at any age.

vi.

Loss of firmness of the outer labia

Loss of firmness and elasticity caused by age, hormonal changes, injuries or past procedures. It can cause discomfort during sexual activity and in everyday life. Subtle volumetry gives a natural, undetectable result.

vii.

Enlarged inner labia

Excessive enlargement of the labia minora. It can be a source of discomfort during physical and sexual activity, hygiene difficulties and reduced comfort in underwear. Labioplasty resolves it permanently, with the utmost care for a natural look.

viii.

A widened vaginal opening

A condition most often related to childbirth, injuries, hormonal changes or previous procedures. It can predispose to recurrent infections and make intercourse less satisfying. Solutions include laser tightening and reconstructive procedures.

Episiotomy and caesarean section scars

Postpartum scars — after an episiotomy, tearing or a caesarean section — can hurt, pull and be aesthetically bothersome. Mesotherapy, fractional laser and biostimulating therapies restore tissue comfort.

Treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus

A chronic dermatosis of the intimate area, with symptoms including itching, burning, skin thinning, pigmentation changes and discomfort. It requires long-term, individualised care — combining pharmacological treatment with regenerative therapies (PRP, fractional laser). Early diagnosis improves the prognosis.

Signals you
shouldn't ignore.

None of the symptoms below can be solved by willpower or by ignoring them. Some are resolved with a short conversation and diagnostics — without any procedure at all.

Daily intimate discomfort

Burning, itching, dryness, chafing in underwear — persisting for weeks.

Pain during intercourse

Regardless of its intensity or how long it has lasted. It deserves diagnostics, not “getting used to it”.

Involuntary urine leakage

When sneezing, laughing, running or lifting. Even minor episodes are worth a consultation.

A change in the appearance or anatomy of the intimate area

After childbirth, weight loss or menopause — if it bothers you day to day.

Recurrent infections despite treatment

Repeated inflammation, yeast or bacterial infections — let's look for the cause, not just relief.

Lowered confidence in your body

If the issue genuinely affects your wellbeing, relationships or everyday choices — that is reason enough.

A consultation is a place for questions,
not for decisions about a procedure.

— a word from your attending physician

My dear
Patients.

If you are reading this page, you are probably carrying a question that is not easy to ask. I want you to know: this is a good place to finally ask it.

You don't need to know exactly what is wrong. You don't need a diagnosis. You don't need to decide on a procedure. It is enough that you come and talk — we will do the rest together, at your pace.
